Two days ago KAYWA got the CTI Start-Up Label. We are now a CTI Certified Company. Many thanks to all who made this possible, especially our coach Christian Brand.

As you can see, the new KAYWA Weblog is also a Website or vice versa. Recently we finished our first blogsite or sitelog and this is the second one. We hope you enjoy it.

Offline
Our hoster Init7 had a hardware problem (switch). As a result we were offline (not pingable) for about an hour. Fortunately the problem was quickly solved. We apologize for any inconvenience caused

Dear Customer,

Today after 13:00, our distribution switch in the Layer One datacenter died. A technician had to restart the device manually, which brought the device back in service. As the reason is unclear, we will replace the device in the next few day after the announcement. All IP transit customers in the Layer One datacenter have been affected. We are sorry for the incident and the trouble it might have caused.

Hardware (Switch) fiel aus
Bei Init7 und damit auch bei uns gabs eben einen Hardwareausfall. Während ca. einer Stunde waren deshalb alle bei Inet7 gehosteten Blogs offline. Glücklicherweise konnte das Hardware-Problem rasch behoben werden. Wir entschuldigen uns für die Umtriebe.

Heute Nachmittag nach ca. 13:00 Uhr ist unser Distributions-Switch im Layer-One Datacenter ausgefallen. Ein Techniker musste das Gerät vor Ort neu starten, damit lief der Service wieder normal. Da die Ursache für den Fehler nicht klar ist, werden wir das Gerät in den nächsten Tagen ersetzen und Sie vorher in Kenntnis setzen. Betroffen waren alle IP Transit Kunden im Datacenter der Layer One. Wir entschuldigen uns und bedauern die Unannehmlichkeiten.

Update:
June 10, 19:40: It's working again.

Moblogging is currently disabled and will remain disabled for the next half an hour.

Tomorrow around 9-10 o'clock Swiss Time, we will have to do some maintenance work (performance tuning) during day time as announced previously.

Normally this shouldn't affect the weblogs, moblogging etc.
