The first stamp is Kaywa's (japanese style) company stamp or Kabushiki-gaisha Kaywa (株式会社会話). A good friend brought it over from Japan.
The second stamp is a QR Code which brings you to the mobile version of Kaywa's ID. We used a NCR stamp for this.

I don't think there is a reader which reads all the codes you want to read.
Phones are currently not as good to read them all. So I guess for the other codes you still would need a normal scanner.
